Shipping

All orders have the option for Free Ground shipping (within the continental US)

UPS Standard to Canada only available for orders to Canada.

US Post International only available for orders outside the US and Canada.

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 5-6 business days of submission. Orders are NOT processed and shipped on weekends and holidays.

We DO NOT ship to P.O.Box addresses.

Return Policy (Includes Full Refund/No Restocking Fee/Pre-Paid UPS Return Label) Pre-Paid UPS Return Label only available for purchases made in the USA.

You have ONE Year for submitting a request for an exchange or refund from the date of receiving the merchandise.

Please send the shoes back to us in the original box, and make sure that the shoes are in the same condition that you received them (NOT worn).

To cancel an order please email Support@BestinShoes.com as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line. We will do our best to cancel your order.

with your order number. We will reply to your request with a Pre-Paid UPS Shipping Label.

Please print the label and use it to return your package.

Refunds

Funds are issued back in the form they were originally paid and usually issued within one business day of receiving the returned item.
