Shipping Information:

All orders have the option for Free Ground shipping (within the continental US)

Express Shipping ($20) only available for Durango, Rocky, and Georgia orders.(This shipping fee is non refundable upon return).

UPS Standard to Canada only available for orders to Canada.

US Post International only available for orders outside the US and Canada.

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of submission. Timberland orders may take 2-5 business days before being shipped. Born orders could take up to 14 business days before being shipped. Orders are NOT processed and shipped on weekends and holidays.

We only ship to PayPal Verified Shipping Addresses or the Billing Address of the Credit Card being used. Unless you need the package to go to a Military address, then we can make an exception.

We DO NOT ship to P.O.Box addresses.

Please make sure your address has the correct verification.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You have TEN Years for submitting a request for an exchange or refund from the date of receiving the merchandise.

Furthermore, in cases of returns for refund there is a 5% restocking fee of the product price that is returned.

Please send the shoes back to us in the original box, and make sure that the shoes are in the same condition that you received them (NOT worn).

To cancel an order please email cancel@bestinshoes.com as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line. We will do our best to cancel your order.
